Donner Lake Triathlon

Swim in the beautiful clear water, bike out and up historic route U.S. 40 featuring spectacular views of the entire lake, and then run around one of the most scenic alpine lakes anywhere.  The Donner Lake Triathlon offers both a Sprint and International Distance course providing an opportunity for all to participate. This year will be the 29th annual Donner Lake Triathlon.  Conveniently located off I-80, just minutes from charming and historic downtown Truckee, Donner Lake and West End Beach are one of the area’s best kept secrets.
